This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and MyFanly ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the MyFanly social media mobile application ("App").
By installing, accessing, or using MyFanly, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for the content you share through the App, including posts, comments, messages, and media. You grant MyFanly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for its intended purpose.
MyFanly retains all ownership rights in the App, including intellectual property rights, trademarks, and logos. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.
We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App. You agree to install updates promptly to ensure proper functionality and security.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFanly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
